Business Continuity Plan Disclosure Summary

Wilson-Davis & Company has developed a detailed Business Continuity Plan which address the possibility of a Significant Business Disruption. The following is a summary of that detailed plan.

Wilson-Davis' major goal is to provide customers prompt access to their funds and securities. We have considered a wide scope of Business Disruption scenarios, and believe our plan in all cases accomplishes our goal.

Wilson-Davis has branch offices located through-out the United States and can switch control operations to a remote office in a relatively short time frame away from any Significant Business Disruption. During most emergency's or disaster's, Local and Toll Free numbers will be rerouted and will continue to be the primary phone numbers. In the case of an extended  or extreme emergency or disaster, call the following telephone numbers in the following sequence: 801-532-1313, if this number is not working then 800-628-7271 our Denver Office, if this number is not working then 800-290-6875 our New York Office.

Wilson-Davis believes our Business Continuity Plan is sound and well crafted, but we cannot anticipate every possible scenario, and the plan will be monitored and updated on a regular basis.
